Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled architect with the ability to create clear and concise diagrams using AutoCAD. This professional should possess in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and effectively communicate with necessary parties to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing architectural designs and plans
  • Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
  • Researching and inquiring about different materials
  • Supervising junior architects and assigning tasks
  • Scheduling and delivering skill-enhancement workshops
  • Explaining design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians
  • Communicating project status and completion timelines to clients
  • Preparing building models and structure plans
  • Conducting mockup sessions
  • Guiding construction projects from start to finish
  • Presenting project briefs to clients
  • Understanding client requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on construction projects
  • Creating blueprints and making alterations based on client feedback
  • Developing projects while adhering to specified budgets and timelines
  • Undertaking regular site visits and inspections
  • Developing and interpreting structural designs and acting as mentors, managers, and advisors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
