Accounts Head Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Head to lead the finance and accounts function of our company. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

Job Description:

The Accounts Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and other related tasks. They will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
