Job Title: Research Manager - Expert Onboarding Lead

Location: Delhi (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Manager to lead our Expert Onboarding team, ensuring the effective onboarding of top-tier experts and managing a team of research analysts.

Job Overview:

As the Research Manager - Expert Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the research team, ensuring smooth operations in the expert sourcing and onboarding process. You will oversee all aspects of the research function, from guiding junior analysts to refining onboarding strategies, while collaborating with other departments to meet client expectations. The role involves both leadership and hands-on research, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of research analysts, overseeing the entire expert onboarding process to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Research Oversight: Conduct high-level research to source, evaluate, and onboard industry experts across various sectors, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Training and Development: Train and guide research analysts, sharing best practices and providing ongoing feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Process Management: Optimize the expert onboarding workflow, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to streamline operations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the research output to ensure that expert profiles meet the required standards and client specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the client management and operations teams to ensure effective communication and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement research strategies to expand the expert network and meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on research team performance, onboarding success rates, and project milestones to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Address any challenges in the expert onboarding process, finding innovative solutions to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in research, consulting, expert networks, or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong people management and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with experience in sourcing and evaluating experts.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in , research databases, and expert sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
