Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Music and Audio Coordinator to join our studio team. As a key member of the music production process, you will be responsible for supporting recording sessions, editing audio tracks, and assisting in acoustic music production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with musicians and producers to ensure smooth recording sessions, guaranteeing high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in mixing and mastering audio tracks across various genres, utilizing knowledge of music theory and production techniques.
  • Support live performances by managing sound levels, setting up equipment, and conducting rehearsals.
  • Stay updated on the latest music technology and software tools, recommending new applications to the studio team.
  • Collaborate with video editors to synchronize audio and visual elements, enhancing content quality and engaging viewers.
Requirements:
  • Hold a strong passion for music and audio production, with a keen ear for detail and an understanding of music theory.
  • Proficiency in audio engineering: recording, editing, and mixing, with experience working with digital audio workstations and audio equipment.
  • Familiarity with microphone techniques and group instrument recording, with the ability to manage multiple microphones and instruments simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of video editing software and A/V syncing, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with musicians and content creators, effectively communicating ideas and directions.
