Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and ensure supply chain efficiency. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth through strategic supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work with sales operations to understand business demand and volatility, and develop supplier build plans.">
  • Collaborate with suppliers and factories to guide daily and weekly loading plans, and coordinate shipments and deliveries economically and on time.">
  • Review and analyze daily and weekly factory loading plans, supplier material requirement plans, and manufacturing requirements.">
  • Develop and maintain leverage supplier relationships for agility and resilience.">
  • Oversee loading efficiency, factory utilization, and internal and external risks to committed supply, and mitigate them to support business needs.">
  • Proactively control key performance indicators, undertake root cause analysis, and create performance dashboards.">
  • Understand new product development, participate in GTM SG process reviews, evaluate demand cannibalization, and material balancing needs.">
  • Work with PLM and FA Eng to understand RMA needs and forecast future replenishment.">
  • Identify areas for improvement, negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes, and ensure right inventory is in the right place at the right time.">
  • Establish control plans and business processes to manage global inventory levels, and cross-functionally align with Business Owners outside of Supply Chain for data requirements.">

You have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in working with sales operations, suppliers, and factories. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and are able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
