Production Support Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to fill the role of Production Support Business Systems Analyst. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Enterprise Applications.

To excel in this position, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in SQL for querying databases and troubleshooting data-related issues are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial P&C Insurance Industry Expertise: A strong background in the commercial P&C insurance industry is necessary, with an understanding of Underwriting and Billing Workflows for US-based P&C Insurance Carriers.
  • Majesco Billing Platform Experience: Must have experience with Majesco Billing Platform.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including creating functions and preparing exhibits, as well as ability to evaluate, analyze, and interpret the voice of the customer through various data sources.
