About the Role

As a key member of our content team, you will spearhead the creation and refinement of complex structured content for various digital platforms.

You will drive innovation in content authoring and delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices in CMS usage, governance, and semantic structuring.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience principles.

Lead and develop content production executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, publish, and maintain content across customer-facing sites and secure channels.

Owning the end-to-end content production lifecycle for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate strategy into customer-centric content journeys.

Execute large-scale site migrations, campaign launches, and continuous optimization programs.

Coach teams, engage stakeholders, and promote content excellence at scale.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Content Management & Digital Platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, Jira & Confluence.
  • Experience managing content production teams and leading digital transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of HTML & basic CSS.
  • Experience in UX-focused content management and strategy.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
