You will work closely with different departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team that is shaping the future of HR operations. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from employee onboarding to employee engagement, and contribute to the development of our HR operations strategy.
As a member of the People and Culture Operations team, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth and development. You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including e-Learning courses and workshops.
Requirements- Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or People Executive role.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
