Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role that requires experience in software development project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination across teams.
  • Facilitate agile project planning and execution, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time completion.
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.

  • Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.
  • Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management.
