Job Title: Senior Project Architect

This is a senior-level architectural position that requires 8-12 years of experience in leading projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects, ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead architect on projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact.
  • Responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration.
  • Lead design teams and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes.
  • Undertake preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of project design programmes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
