We are seeking a skilled expert to provide high-level support and services for Finacle 10.x. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering advanced solutions and expertise in various modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for Finacle 10.x services and Connect24 maintenance.
  • Support the Finacle 10.x Application environment in various modules, including frontend service monitoring, Alternate Delivery Channels, NEFT/RTGS Process, SWIFT, Clearing, Utility Payments, Financial Inclusion Related, Mobile Banking, UPI Payments, Product Fatal error analysis, and Review of Application logs.
  • Analyze Finacle CIF related issues and log calls with Service Providers internal or external, following up on closures.
  • Track and escalate calls to DL / Service Providers when necessary.
  • Perform primary testing for fixes received from vendors in T&D.
  • Assist banks in UAT for fixes received from OEM support.
  • Manage additional requirements in CRM module and have experience in FI and Connect 24.
  • Have knowledge in JBOSS support.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience working in IT / Core Banking Application support in similar projects.
  • Three years of experience in Finacle7.x or higher version customization development and design.
  • Knowledge of C24 / Finacle Integrator.
  • Experience in interface development, application APIs, ISO8583, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with Finacle Product objects (tables, indexes, batch jobs, services, APIs, deployments).
  • Working experience with different open-source technologies.
  • Knowledge of Finacle Application Knowledge (functional) and PL SQL.
  • Experience in Java /.net and Finacle Scripting.
