**Job Title:** Publishing Coordinator
Our company is looking for a skilled Publishing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our publishing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end publishing workflows.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate publishing workflows from manuscript submission to final production, working closely with editorial teams, authors, designers, and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content, layouts, and designs.
- Perform quality checks on content, layouts, and design before release, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare content for digital and print distribution, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Track project progress, maintain databases, and update status reports for ongoing publishing projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Passion for books, media, and storytelling with a keen eye for quality.
