Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and hands-on experience with project tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a bridge between different teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Manage project workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
- Organize and participate in meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Identify risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
