Oracle C2M Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle C2M expert to join our team. As an Oracle C2M architect/techno-functional consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Utilities C2M solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, covering Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration with external FSM platforms, Smart Grid Gateway for head-end system integration, and meter-to-cash processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations, as well as experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, along with familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via Smart Grid Gateway or custom adapters, as well as strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques, as well as knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.
Architectural and Leadership Skills
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills both technically and business-facing.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews and workshops, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans in solution delivery.
  • Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid models, including on-prem to cloud C2M migration.
