Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise in Oracle VBCS to join our organization. This role requires 10-12 years of experience and a strong track record of success in designing and developing modern web and mobile applications using Oracle VBCS.

About the Role

  • Design and develop robust web and mobile apps using Oracle VBCS with seamless integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

Oracle HCM Expertise

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
  • Good understanding of HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
  • Experienced in implementing User-defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience in extracting data using APIs.
