Job Title: Labeling Specialist

A labeling specialist plays a pivotal role in designing and modifying label templates within labelling tools/systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and modify label templates using labelling tools/systems.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 15223, UDI, MDR, and EU Medical device regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements by updating labels, pre-printed artworks, and IFUs/Manuals.
  • Initiate and support the Labeling Change Management Process in PLM.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Priysm, Nicelabel, Codesoft Loftware, and Windchill is required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or MS in engineering is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role are necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of EU Medical device regulation like Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC is beneficial.
