Senior IC Design Expert Job

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IC Design Expert to lead the implementation of complex mixed-signal SoCs. This position demands exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in all phases of IC design, from RTL->GDS2.

The role requires a deep understanding of analog/mixed/custom signal Place and Route (PNR) techniques, as well as experience with TSMC 7nm PNR sign-off using a full COT flow from RTL/gate to GDS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead IC Design Implementation: Directly supervise a team of engineers to deliver complex mixed-signal SoCs on schedule.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on advanced IC design concepts, including hierarchical Place and Route, floorplanning, clock & power network architecture, and UPF/CPF power intent flow.
  • Design Quality Assurance: Ensure each aspect of the design meets specified requirements and industry standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Background: Proven track record with multiple successful final production tape-outs at 16/14nm, 10nm, preferably 7nm.
  • Experience with Embedded Processors: Knowledge of and experience with high-speed interfaces and memory controllers.
  • Automotive-Qualified Designs: Experience with designing automotive-qualified designs.
