We're seeking an InfoSec Analyst to join our team, responsible for assisting in providing support and resolution for scanning and vulnerability remediation reporting issues. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you'll stay current with vulnerability information across all our products and perform on-demand scanning activities to different engineering teams. Your expertise will also ensure scan results are presented in appropriate dashboards, reports, and forwarded to other teams as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in providing support and resolution for scanning and vulnerability remediation reporting issues.
• Stay current with vulnerability information across all our products.
• Perform on-demand scanning activities to different engineering teams.
• Ensure scan results are presented in appropriate dashboards, reports, and forwarded to other teams as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred qualifications include a good understanding of networking concepts and principles, hands-on experience with Qualys vulnerability management tool, and experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module. Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical issues and communicate risk in business-relevant language, are also essential.
