Job Description: Sr Infosec Analyst/Compliance

Function: Infosec



About the Role:

In this role you will be part of the Infosec security compliance team with a diverse set of roles & responsibilities aimed at protecting organization’s information and data. You will build relationships and collaborate with senior members of technical and product teams to understand the technical & business context around applications and processes and influence decisions around improving the security and compliance state of the estate.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee the implementation of security and compliance policies and procedures
  • Perform regular assessments to ensure compliance with PCI DSS & other compliance requirements
  • Maintain detailed documentation of compliance procedures and controls, including process maps and audit trails
  • Ensure the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Conduct awareness sessions to educate employees about security policies and compliance requirements
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to PCI compliance
  • Provide strategic advice to executives on optimizing data security and compliance
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify potential security risks and provide ways to mitigate the risk
  • Work closely with Product Engineering, Internal Infosec, Shared Services & Operations teams to ensure comprehensive compliance efforts


What are we looking for ?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in IT security or compliance roles, with specific experience in PCI DSS compliance preferred
  • Strong understanding of network security, protocols, encryption, and data protection technologies
  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
