About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to lead our content team and drive timely, high-quality delivery of blogs in the insurance space.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional editorial skills and the ability to guide, coordinate, and streamline the team's efforts to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Oversee the editing, proofreading, and refinement of all insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with the client's tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.
Requirements

We seek an experienced Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead with:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
