Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing assets effectively and making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to:
  • Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
  • Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
  • Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
  • Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
  • Project management skills, including:
  • Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
