Job Title: Python AI/ML Fresher

Objective:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions primarily using Python, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
  • Implement robust backend software solutions utilizing Python, focusing on AI/ML applications.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment, exploring new cloud and AI/ML services.
  • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • Work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.
  • Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in AI-driven development.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

Qualifications:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform services, ideally including AI/ML services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and their applications.
  • Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
