Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Karate Framework for UI and API testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, REST APIs, JSON, and XML, as well as experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA teams, and business analysts.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with automation frameworks and wants to contribute to a dynamic team that prioritizes cyber security and innovative solutions.
We are open to considering candidates with experience in Java, JavaScript, or related programming languages, as well as those familiar with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Karate Framework for UI and API testing.
- Design reusable, modular, and scalable automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test coverage.
- Execute and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
- Proven hands-on experience with Karate Framework for both API and UI automation.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Java, JavaScript, or related programming languages, as well as exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), which are considered a plus.
