Catalog Manager Job Description

As a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Catalog Manager, you will lead our data operations to ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date product listings on our platform. You will work closely with manufacturers, internal teams, and AI/engineering teams to ingest, standardize, QA, and publish product data at scale.

This role offers high ownership of a core system used across the business, opportunity to improve catalog pipelines using automation and smart tools, and a collaborative work environment with product, design, and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate, complete, and consistent product data across all categories.
  • Design and implement efficient data workflows for regular catalog updates.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure timely and accurate data ingestion.
  • Develop and enforce catalog data standards to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in e-commerce, product listings, catalog management, or product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Strong understanding of workflows around SKU management, product attributes, and taxonomy standardization.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, spreadsheets, and data validation tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, PIMs, CMS, or custom admin dashboards.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with automation scripts, APIs, or database queries.
  • Integrating data from multiple suppliers or data formats.
