Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned process improvement expert to drive business growth in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

This key role will be responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement within client processes, leveraging domain knowledge and methodologies like Six Sigma & LEAN.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in client processes, analyzing requirements and constraints to deliver business value.
  • Mentor and lead process improvement projects using structured approaches like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, and Design Thinking.
  • Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies and establish governance for project opportunity identification and validation.
  • Design and deploy Process Improvement frameworks for engagements, driving certification programs and conducting training sessions on Lean – Six Sigma methodology.
  • Analyze structural feedback from stakeholders and support process owners in driving improvement plans for customer satisfaction at the organizational level.
  • Create branding for quality initiatives, promoting process improvement culture through awareness, training, and visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A graduate with strong knowledge of one industry domain (BFSI, F&A, S&F, S&P, HRO, Digital etc.) is required.

10-15 years of experience in driving process improvement projects or initiatives, with expertise in project management, Six Sigma certifications, and good knowledge of Minitab/MS Excel usage.
