Job Title:

A high-caliber Workday specialist is sought to spearhead complex client implementations.

  • This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions across various projects.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and functional skills, enabling them to develop and deliver intricate solutions.
  • A strong understanding of Workday's Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll functionalities is essential.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide expertise in Workday configuration, data transformation, and EIB Data loads.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Workday solutions that meet clients' needs, conducting sessions with client personnel, and performing self-reviews and smoke testing.
  • In addition, this individual will be expected to assist clients with application testing, provide production support, and participate in migration activities and production rollout.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc, is required.
