Job Summary:

The Head of Actuarial is a senior leadership role that oversees the actuarial function within our organization.

This position provides expert guidance on pricing, risk management, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and product development.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance on actuarial matters
  • Developing and implementing actuarial models to drive business growth
  • Conducting thorough actuarial reviews and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Maintaining expertise in regulatory requirements and industry trends

Key Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the actuarial field with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated expertise in life insurance pricing, risk management, and actuarial modeling
  • PREFERRED: Experience in an insurance broking environment with knowledge of relevant software and tools
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
