Patent Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our patent drafting and prosecution team.

  • This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in US patent laws, with a focus on Life Sciences cases.

Responsibilities include independently handling primarily US patent prosecution related to all Life Sciences cases, as well as patent drafting projects, reviewing the work of junior associates, and handling client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or advanced degree in Life sciences (preferably chemistry) is required.
  • Must have worked on a minimum of 100 Office Actions and drafted at least 40 non-provisional patent applications.
  • Ability to work independently on projects is essential.
