Design and Innovate with Luxury Ethnic Wear

We are seeking a talented Digital Print Designer to join our team in New Delhi. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating stunning digital prints, motifs, and patterns that showcase the essence of Indian ethnic wear.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position requiring 3-4 years of experience in digital print design for fashion/textiles. You will work closely with our design team to conceptualize and develop unique designs that blend tradition with modern flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design digital prints, motifs, and patterns tailored for luxury ethnic wear.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to translate inspirations into print-ready artworks.
  • Develop placement prints, repeats, and surface textures with a strong understanding of color theory and fabric behavior.
  • Adapt designs across various fabrics like silks, velvets, organza, georgette, etc., ensuring print quality and finish.
  • Work with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs on textiles.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital printing, ethnic fashion, and luxury markets.
  • E nsure all artwork files are properly prepared for vendors, printers, and in-house production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or Graphic Design (NIFT, NID or equivalent preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital print design for fashion/textiles.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric behavior, textile printing techniques, and color management.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (if needed).
  • Creative eye for Indian ethnic aesthetics, motifs, and contemporary luxury styles.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under timelines, and passion for design innovation.
