Graphic Designer Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional graphic design role.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and versatility across platforms.


• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:


• - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro


• - CorelDRAW, 2D Animation, AI-based creative tools


• Solid understanding of visual composition, branding, and marketing principles.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to constructive feedback.


• Knowledge of marketing, production processes, packaging, web design, and multimedia design is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:


• Plan and develop design concepts by studying project requirements and materials.


• Create and illustrate design ideas, including layouts, art arrangements, typefaces, and visual styles for approval.


• Produce finished artwork using relevant design software and equipment.


• Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, web designers, external vendors, and printers to execute projects.


• Contribute to overall team goals by taking ownership of assigned design tasks.


• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and present creative solutions.


• Design a wide variety of graphics and layouts for digital, print, packaging, branding, and web use.


• Review, refine, and suggest improvements to final layouts for maximum visual impact.
