Job Overview

A leading technology firm is looking for a highly skilled Python professional to fill an exciting position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, Django, Angular, Ansible, and Middleware, as well as domain knowledge of Frontend and Backend development and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incident/change/problem management in mission-critical BSFI environments.
  • Develop expertise in Fiber Channel SAN technologies, including VMAX, VNX, HP 3par, Cisco & Brocade.
  • Design and implement fabric refresh planning/execution/cutover processes in both Cisco & Brocade.
  • BUILD new arrays and fabric switches from scratch, adhering to industry standards.
  • Plan and implement large-scale fabric migrations.
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Python, Django, Angular, Ansile, and Middleware.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent debugging and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Be a team player and a leader who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with API integration - Storage APIs preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with decommission process of all the above SAN technologies.
  • Expertise to perform all patch/code installations and upgrades in all the above array and fabric models.
  • Knowledge of IP-based Block storage – Solidfire, ScaleIO, Powerflex will be a plus.
  • Basic UNIX management skills.
  • Software development experience in at least one general-purpose programming language: Python, Java, C, C++, Go, Shell scripting.
