Job Title: Manager Admissions

Location: Patna, Bihar, India

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strategic relationships with Principals to drive student engagement.
  • Develop and execute plans to approach Grade A schools for outreach activities, conduct events, and capture leads.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the development of a bouquet of activities across different accounts and cities, with clear objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate resource allocation based on market attractiveness and opportunity size.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure sales briefcases are delivered efficiently.
  • Expand the consultants network and increase output from existing consultants.
  • Grow the school network and enhance output from existing school accounts.
  • Ensure competency building through a well-defined training inventory.

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Strong network of premium school connections.
  • Ability to interact with senior authorities in schools.
