Proposal Writer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development process, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role
  • Develop compliant, compelling, and well-structured proposals for US federal opportunities.
  • Review, interpret, and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders.
  • Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to produce winning proposals.
Requirements
  • A strong background in US government RFPs and experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Able to review, interpret, and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with capture managers, business development, and technical experts.
