Role Overview
As a seasoned SME in Record to Report (RTR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your expertise in RTR, combined with strong leadership and motivational skills, will enable you to effectively manage staff and drive team performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow professionally;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in RTR, preferably in a BPO/MNC environment;
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Proficiency in desktop and workflow management tools, with a focus on process automation and streamlining.
