Job Title: Python Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in developing and maintaining test automation scripts using Python. This is an opportunity to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software.

  • This role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaboration with peers and other stakeholders is essential for successful implementation and continuous improvement of automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality test scripts while meeting daily targets efficiently.
  • Participate in peer reviews and rework as part of collaborative efforts to enhance automated testing.
  • Identify and address potential issues through proactive monitoring and analysis.
  • Provide input on impact assessments for change requests.
  • Stay adaptable and upskill yourself with new technologies as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Test Automation using Squish or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in scripting with the Python language.
  • Experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks like Behave, Cucumber, and Jasmine.
  • Effective communication skills to understand requirements and communicate issues clearly.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks, preferably PyTest.
  • A strong team player with dynamic and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent scripting and automation logic skills, including experience in Squish Test Automation Tool, GUI Automation, and Qt-based application testing.
Good to Have:
  • Experience working in the healthcare domain with embedded systems.
