About the Role

  • The QA Lead will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the Quality Assurance team, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining QA processes across multiple platforms, collaborating with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development, and driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, as well as hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience is required. Additional requirements include proficiency in programming languages like Python and TypeScript, experience testing web, mobile, and backend applications, and solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing.
