About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic thinker to oversee the successful delivery of background verification programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient execution of verification projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Identify key project risks and work to mitigate them, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, track progress, and ensure action items are completed.
  • Continuously evaluate current workflows and identify areas for improvement in program delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
