Job Title

This is a position for an Assistant Manager who oversees the entire trade promotion management process. The role ensures seamless collaboration and timely resolution between internal teams.

The job requires managing promo data ingest into internal systems and customer portals, overseeing contract processes with retailers, updating TPM events, deal sheets, and new item maintenance based on retailer discussions and price adjustments.

The successful candidate will analyze invoices, segment breakdowns, and ensure proper closure of tactics post-payment while managing trade spend for respective accounts.

They will provide insights to Sales, Finance, and Control teams regarding potential risks and opportunities, verify tactic pricing against pricing grids to identify discrepancies in accruals and invoices, and monitor and track payments and funding for vendors.

To excel in this role, candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales and a Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance; a Master's degree is a plus.

Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience is preferred, along with good data skills and ability work through large data sets, strong communication skills and collaboration skills, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, and proactive, responsive, and results-driven mindset.

Candidates should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have good PowerBI/Python/UIPath skills (optional).
