Artificial Intelligence Project Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-profile AI projects from inception to delivery. This involves defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy is essential.
Additionally, experience with Large Language Models, foundation models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and prompt engineering is required. Familiarity with AI experiment tracking tools like Weights & Biases and configuration management tools like Hydra is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Define project deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and scope.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and manage AI system development.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee project requirements, schedules, and roadmaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, data science, and engineering teams to define project strategies and integrate AI into products.
- AI/ML Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Deep Learning and NLP.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Ai Technologies: Experience with Large Language Models, foundation models, RAG, and prompt engineering.
