Job Title: Regional HR Lead

Job Description:

The Role of a Regional HR Lead involves driving strategic HR initiatives across the zone to enhance employee productivity and retention. You will be responsible for leading a team to strengthen employee engagement, improve business outcomes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance employee productivity by 10% across all sales channels; identify and develop High-Potential (HiPo) talent.
  • Retain top-rated employees through structured stay interviews and Employee Workforce Strategy analysis.
  • Strengthen employee connect via townhalls, branch visits, Employee Outreach and Relationship Officer calls, and Assisted Incident Documentation calls.
  • Ensure policy adherence and manage HR Business As Usual activities including grievances, transfers, and compliance.
  • Drive hiring closure as per Standard Operating Procedure; ensure quality hiring and cost efficiency.
  • Improve Engagement, Satisfaction, and Advocacy Tracking scores through targeted engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Total Work Experience: 8+ years of HR experience preferably in a zonal or regional HRBP role.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
