About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at Webdoux, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans to meet business objectives.
  • Strategize and implement campaigns across various industry segments, including Hospitality, Fashion, Restaurant, IT, Education, and more.
  • Analyze and monitor social activity to identify areas of improvement and optimize communications, tactics, and campaigns.
  • Create innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business goals and leverage social media viral marketing opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance dashboards on social media accounts and derive insights to inform or evolve the social media strategy.
  • Engage with the community daily, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service as needed.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content writers to develop high-quality content for clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with trends and ensure client brands remain competitive.
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to maintain open communication and address their concerns.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative standard in all work.
  • Meet deadlines and report to senior managers and clients as required.
  • Show enthusiasm for new challenges and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media marketing.
  • Nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media to expand Webdoux's network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management within an agency setting.
  • Ambitious mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.
  • Imagination and passion for exploring novel ideas and innovative social media approaches.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Familiarity with SMM tools that drive social traffic.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: ₹4.5 Lacs - ₹6 Lacs per annum
