Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Intelligent Solutions: Develop workflow-driven systems to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence.
  • Automate Legal Processes: Create automated workflows and processes for legal and finance functions.
  • Explore Artificial Intelligence Tools: Research, test, and integrate tools that can be applied in law, compliance, and startup finance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with lawyers, CAs, and compliance professionals to identify use cases and create solutions.
  • Enable Internal Teams: Train and enable internal teams to adopt intelligent tools in their daily work.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor artificial intelligence trends in the legal-tech and fintech ecosystem and bring practical innovations into your work.
Required Qualifications:
  • You hold an LLB or equivalent legal qualification (law firm/startup ecosystem experience a plus).
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable experimenting with AI tools, breaking them, and figuring out fixes.
  • You possess a strong problem-solving mindset and are not limited by conventional thinking.
