**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality software applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, as well as experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#) and familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit) are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software updates do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
