CPP Film Production Manager

This leadership role oversees the entire CPP film manufacturing process, encompassing extrusion, printing, lamination, and slitting. The successful candidate will develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
  • Manage production costs, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving initiatives to ensure efficient utilization of materials and energy.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by implementing safety recommendations and programs and maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the production team by providing guidance and mentorship and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the packaging industry, with a strong focus on CPP film production and management. They must possess proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
