Job Title: Financial Analysis Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Financial Analysis Manager, responsible for driving end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global financial services group with a long-standing track record of profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead P&L analysis, product risk assessment, and financial accounting/reporting, including month-end close and statutory reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance with finance control standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across reporting functions, focusing on automation and standardization.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering independence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects and support strategic initiatives within finance.

Requirements & Qualifications

\
  • Qualified CA, CFA, or MBA with 10–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IFRS reporting requirements, particularly those applicable to the banking industry.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis, investment banking middle office, financial services, equity research, or stockbroking.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
