Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized project manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across the region.

This position requires strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
