Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Planning Manager to oversee the production planning and management activities within our organization. This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in planning, quality control, and MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning).

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in production planning and possess excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. They should be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
  • Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
  • Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
  • Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify delays and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements

We require an expert with 15 years of experience in production planning and a strong background in quality control and MRP. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Additionally, they should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
