As a Digital Communications & Network Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies, building grassroots digital networks, and leading impactful political campaigns.

This role requires strategic thinking, agility, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, community leaders, and partners.
  3. Manage social media accounts, post content, respond to messages, and track engagement.
  4. Stay updated on new digital trends, audience behavior, and social media changes.
  5. Work with design, video, and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  6. Plan and run digital campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong network of party supporters, influencers, You Tubers, and media personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute with 1-2 years of experience in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Media.
  • Strong command of Bengali, Hindi, and English.
  • Understanding of social media, digital marketing, video production, graphics, and storytelling.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, X (formerly Twitter) Analytics, and other social media tracking tools.
  • Ability to engage with political leaders, journalists, influencers, and community representatives.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and travel as required.
