Job Title

 

An innovative and experienced industrial designer is sought to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements while aligning with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Automotive/Engineering Design from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in Industrial/Product Design with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking products from concept to production.
  • Strong rendering and sketching skills, with the ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design visualization tools.
  • Strong 3D modeling skills in software such as Rhino 3D, Blender, SolidWorks, or Alias.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as KeyShot, VRED, or Unreal Engine.
  • Understanding of ergonomics, user experience, and sustainability-driven design principles.
