Job Title:

A Network Infrastructure Manager is required to oversee the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

About the Role:

This position involves managing network infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance ensuring high availability, low latency, redundancy, and security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale production network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure aligns with operational needs.
  • Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points for optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to identify potential bottlenecks and minimize downtime.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives including security features and future-ready wireless infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure network scalability to support future business growth.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and controls in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Manage relationships with network vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and support for network hardware and services.
  • Develop redundancy strategies to prevent network failures and ensure continuous availability of production data.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in designing and managing large-scale production network deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of network security practices and protocols.
  • Experience in implementing OT/IT network integration and managing wired and wireless network infrastructure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions in time-sensitive environments.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
